Fashion is ART is about fashion designers displaying their skills as an artistic expression and showcasing local artists of different artistic mediums to create live art of those garments. This is a non-traditional fashion show and can be viewed as a fashion and art event. We will display the garments in unique ways as well as artistically capture each look, as we showcase Fashion is ART and Art is Fashion. We have merged fashion designers and artists together to create a live fashion art gallery. 

We are looking for artists that are proficient in the following categories:

• Drawing/Pastels

• Painting Acrylics

• Painting Watercolors

• Chalk/Charcoal

• Digital Illustration

For Fashion is ART 2026, we are looking for artists to create artwork for the event to be shown as finished pieces. Artists will be giving a photo like the samples below for inspiration, photos will be taken from the fitting we will hold on Sunday, Feb. 22nd and sent to artists that evening, giving them until Sat, March 7th to complete 2-3 pieces of art to put on display during the event. We are also looking for artists who would be willing to come to Fashion is ART on Sat, March 7th to create live artwork of live models.
